The Puppet and Artifact Museum exhibits a variety of puppets throughout Indonesia, including "Wayang Kulit" (leather puppet), "Wayang Beber" (Beber puppet), "Wayang Golek" (Rod puppet), "Wayang Suket" (grass puppet) and "Wayang Bali" (Balinese puppet). And this museum also displays some ancient artifacts, such as fossils and pickaxes.

Money Museum

The Money Museum displays a lot of money both from Indonesia and other countries, including stamps and old office equipments.
Here you can learn the history of money in Indonesia dates back as far as Majapahit Kingdom (ancient Javanese Kingdom), during the colonialism of Dutch and Japanese, then after Indonesia got its independence up to the present time.

The idea of building The Money Museum of Purbalingga since Sanggaluri Park received donation of those collections from the family of Triyono Budi Sasongko, supported by Bank of Indonesia as well. And also, after realizing that money was not merely as a tool of trading but also as an evidence of a nation civilization.
A long journey of Indonesian history can be seen from its money for it has been processed through different and sometimes hard period of times. Therefore, the vision of the existence of Purbalingga Money Museum is to maintain the ancient things, especially money for educating the life of the nation. While the mission are to preserve the valuable historical things from extinction, to provide education tools about history and culture, and to support the existence of a tourist attraction so it can attract more visitors to come, especially in the area of Purbalingga Regency.
