'Tahu Bakso' is The Most Favorite Food Souvenir From Ungaran
Food is such an essential part of the travel experience. And one day, my wife and I visited mbak Tiyo in Ungaran. Her grandfather and my grandfather were siblings. We were there about two hours. Then we decided to return home. Mbak Tiyo gave us "Tahu Bakso" as a souvernir.
"Tahu Bakso" is a popular speciality food from Ungaran. It is tofu stuffed with a smooth meatball paste made with seasoned beef and tapioca flour. Fried "Tahu Bakso Ungaran" tastes delicious.
